Terms and conditions of use

Rule 1

Philippine Flowermart does its best to have your items delivered fresh and on time. However, in certain circumstances beyond our control (typhoons, earthquakes, rallies, floods, etc) we can not be held responsible for late deliveries.

Rule 2

In very rare cases, some flowers/containers may be out of stock or unavailable on your preferred delivery date, we reserve the right to change them with flowers/containers of the same value

Rule 3

In the event that the address you provided is incorrect and/or the recipient no longer resides in the address you provided, the items you ordered will be considered delivered.

Rule 4

Philippine Flowermart holds the right to reject any orders made and we will give you a full refund if we do so.
